  • Individual document limit of 5,000 words (recommended)

  • Requires partner’s capacity to upload and manage their own translation projects

  • Not suitable for specialized/technical domains

  • Recommended final quality checks from partner

  • Delivery times not guaranteed and depending on our language capacity (see section "Suitable languages" below)

*legacy Microsoft Office formats such as .doc, .xls or .ppt are not supported

Suitable languages

We support an extensive range of languages, including those that are underrepresented. However, we highly recommend limiting your requests to the languages marked with a green tick in the list. This is because those languages are more likely to be picked up by volunteers and delivered on time.

Please note that in self-managed projects for languages that are not on the list, the quality of the finalized product might vary.
