How to ask a question about a task
While you translate/revise a task, you may need to ask some questions about it, you can do so on our forum, “TWB Community”. This forum is a space for the translators to ask questions and interact with others, and it includes specific threads for the projects.
When you refer to the task description, you’ll find in the last line the thread to “Discuss this task on TWB Community”. You only need to click on the link to go to that thread.
This is how the thread looks. You may see on the top some information or instructions you need to know while working on the task. You’ll also find the email address of the Project Manager to contact them if necessary, but it’s also possible to write a post in the thread itself, and @tag the Project Manager so they see your message and reply to you. Sometimes, active members on the forum reply to you.
